With the irregular hours I have as a photographer, with shoots being booked at any time of day, I have plenty of trouble with routine & waking up feeling refreshed! Working on this is at the top of my "To Do" list to achieve during this indefinite time ahead of staying home because of the COVID-19 pandemic. So, I thought I'd better read the article.
I don't know about you, but I do 5 of the 7. So there is definitely room for improvement here.

Sometimes (OK, all the time) your alarm goes off and you’re just not ready to face the day yet. Resist the temptation to put off the inevitable by 5 or 10 minutes.
