Shipping & Returns




Seahorse Silks sends parcels via the Australia Post service so please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia, 5-10 days Worldwide.

If for some reason your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post Office marked on the card. Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be emailed to you.

Seahorse Silks uses Australia Post to deliver products. Seahorse Silks will not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure on the part of Australia Post.




This policy only applies to items purchased from Seahorse Silks online, and we will only accept returns purchased from our online store. 

Any purchases made online, including sale items may be exchanged or refunded by sending them back in the mail to:

Items can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Once the garment is posted, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please ensure you give us the correct Bank details for your refund.

Seahorse Silks reserves the right to assess the condition and age of all returned items and this may result in items not being accepted for return, exchange, refund or repair.


Please note that Seahorse Silks fabrics are delicate so please follow the instructions on the garment care label and our website.
